Shipping Information
We ship our fresh, smoked meats directly to your door so that when they arrive, they are just as tasty and fresh as the meats purchased directly from the store. To ensure freshness, we ship all products on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders received after 1pm on Tuesdays will be shipped the following Monday to ensure quality and safety.
All states marked in red on the map below will be shipped via UPS Ground. The delivery times guarantee that the order will be received within two days or less.
All states marked in grey on the map below will be shipped second-day air and the following surcharges will be applied:

All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to a $45.00 surcharge for second-day air.
All prices listed under Kurzweils' Country Meats Online Ordering include UPS Ground shipping, handling, dry ice and the coolers in which we ship our products. At Kurzweils' Country Meats, we use the meat industry’s best practices to ship our meats.* To preserve the quality and freshness of the product, we recommend that you consume or freeze your products according to the guidelines listed below.

Kurzweils' Country Meats will not be held liable for perishable products due to weather delays when the customer is not available to receive the package, or in the case of any other circumstances that impede delivery or receiving timelines.
Return/refund Policy: Because our products are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns. If the product is not received in the amount of time specified, the product will be reshipped or your purchase will be refunded. If non-perishable items are damaged during shipment, proof of damage must be provided to Kurzweils' Country Meats before a refund will be issued.
* Occasionally damage to our air-tight seals will occur during the shipping process that is out of our control.
